Mixing sci-fi elements with fantasy settings, it challenges the player to explore various environments that span a ruined city to the vast deck of a sci-fi ship…” (3 out of 5 stars)

03/01/2015 – Important note for those on the fence about purchasing this game:

I love the terrific critical feedback from folks! Have no fear fellow Oculus Rifters!!! In a very real sense, this game and story are evolving. That said, I have great news for those that purchase this game. I will be adding additional levels (I think you will really enjoy what I have planned!), also I’m working to clean up known issues, and add more dynamic functionality and features in the coming weeks and months. Please keep in mind, this is my first exploration with building a production level game and I have lots to learn yet. It’s tremendously educational and fun, and it costs money to design a compelling storyline around the right assets (many of which are terrific but very expensive), and takes several man-hours of labor to figure out and do it right. I have lots to learn, but know that I’m actively working on this project and it’s a labor of love for me as I am committed to providing the best possible gaming experience as I continue to mature my end-to-end game building skills. So for those who are willing to take the risk and plunge a whole whopping $6 into this with me – think of it more of an evolving project where you’re allowed to have a voice and get involved and get free access to all updated builds as the story progresses. I read all feedback and take it very seriously. If you have ideas for improvements, let me know and I’ll do my best to figure out a way to bring it into the experience if feasible and aligned with the story concept. Every dollar that I make on this game goes right back into this project to cover the needed assets costs to extend the adventure and story. Ultimately I’m still geeking out over how cool Oculus is and how “full immersion” unlocks an enormous range of potential storytelling experiences. I look forward to your continued critical feedback and trying my best to build an incredible game experience worth the $6 price tag.

      (verified owner):

I’ll be honest. This was branded as a “game”, so spending $6 seemed justified. But it’s not a game, it’s just a walk around experience. I was rather shocked that 5 minutes later I was back where I started but with “The End” written across the screen. I’m hoping theres more to come yet… As it stands, there are more detailed demos out there I’d have paid for. But, sorry to say, not this.

I liked the concept and graphics were varied. It’s like the twilight zone. I wont get away the ending, but it was a surprise to a neat story. Wish it was longer though. Lots of room for improvement. Hope to see more soon.
